Taking control of your pain

The main barriers to employment and being able to live a full life are chronic pain and problems with pain medication. We hear from many veterans whose long-term and chronic pain has stopped them from reaching their full potential after leaving service.

To help we set up the first veteran-specific pain management programme with an introductory pain review.


Our pain management programmes are designed to help you access a diagnosis, develop a better understanding and management of your pain, to improve self-management, quality of life and confidence.

Pain Management Programme

Our residential course in Pain Management is currently on hold due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Please book a Pain Review consultation in the first instance.

A veteran-specific online course. over 52 weeks. In small groups with qualified clinicians it help veterans struggling with chronic pain, providing the tools required to understand and manage pain.
