Time for Resilience
“Time for Resilience” brings veterans together in small groups on Zoom for 10 weekly sessions. Share conversation and coping strategies to deal with challenges. Twice a week you can join a live class online that will help you relax and feel more resilient. In each class, one of our specialists will lead you through various techniques to reduce stress: guided relaxation, EFT, and more.
