Veteran Support
During this time you can reach out to one of our Veteran Support networks for advice on lost wages, redundancies, pensions. It can also be a way to find other mental or physical health support.

We are now hosting pain review and pain resilience programs online. If you are a veteran interested in these please get in touch.
Time for Resilience
“Time for Resilience” brings veterans together in small groups on Zoom for 10 weekly sessions. Share conversation and coping strategies to deal with challenges. You’ll have the support of other vets plus a trained facilitator to ensure a positive experience for all. If you’d like to know more or sign up, please get in touch.

We are working with a remarkable range of people to provide online resources including videos, recording and documents that can help you.
Wellbeing Sessions
Twice a week you can join a live class online that will help you relax and feel more resilient. In each class, one of our specialists will lead you through various techniques to reduce stress: guided relaxation, EFT, and more. Check the schedule to see what’s on for each week, and come chill out with us.
Fitness
During these classes, you will be lead through various activities which you can do in your own home without any equipment.
